Within it's many benefits, we can generally describe:

• GALLO ISLAND having fresh drinkable water all year round coming from a natural stream within rocks which translates into a "blessing" on an island, specially if a project is to be developed.
• GALLO ISLAND possess a lot of fruit trees, including, but not limited to: imported mangoes, different citrus as "oranges, tangerine, sour-oranges, different species of lemons as the national and the Persian lemon", papaya (various types), watermelon, caimito, cocoa, guava, tamarind, avocado, carambola fruit, custard apple (chirimoya), Nance, plum, frijolitos (small type of red beans), cherry, Noni's, varieties of cashew, mammon, plantation of different types of bananas and plantains (1st quality), and many other exotic fruits. SOME OF THESE FRUITS CAN BE APPRECIATED AT THE "PHOTO LINK".
• A plantation of over 3,500 Coconut Trees has being swooned around the island. There is also Yucca (Cassava), Maiz (Corn), Otoe (Sweet Potato). The rich and fertile soil DO TO THE UNDERGROUND WATER would as well permit to plant tomatoes, peppers, and many other Vegetables.
• At GALLO ISLAND, the construction of an exotic birds park was began with professional cages being built for those (like us) who loves and finds curious and exiting the exotic bird's life. These cages are being constructed specially for our personal imported from the US (with the proper exporting/importing CITES permits) original from all over the world raised and bred in captivity birds (birds are not included on the sale).               
• A residential-house architectural drawings resembling a "castle architecture construction" is included in the sale. There is an already built tiki-hut type ranch (currently in use by the caretakers) and two (2) “going upstairs” same type (Tiki -hut) entrances.
• There are within the island two (2) large (1,080 gallons) polyethylene septic tanks, one (1) huge (2,645 gallons) plastic tank to collect rain water and several other smaller ones. Included as well, there are construction materials (currently using them to continue with the already-started constructions),.
• The island has three (3) BEAUTIFUL GOLDEN SAND BEACHES (size not measured), but you can see the PHOTOS LINK to appreciate them.
• There is an under construction concrete ramp.
• Also ornamental landscaping can be found everywhere within the island.
